As a leader of the team you will work with Sr. leadership to build analytics platform and related solutions from scratch for multiple businesses of one of the fastest growing NBFC in the country.

Qualification

Strong sense of ownership and passion for building scalable, flexible, secured and easy to maintain platforms

Experienced in developing the long- term tech strategy for analytics and translate that into an achievable roadmap

Proven analytical and quantitative skills, strategic thinking and methodical execution

Deep understanding of technologies and architecture for a scalable and highly available set- up

Up- to- date with emerging technology trends and ability to choose the best

Ability to make the right design decisions related to product features and technology choices. Ability to take calculated risk.

Strong in open source technologies, agile development and Big Data technologies like Hadoop and Spark

Proven track record of hiring and managing high performing engineering team responsible for delivery of scalable and extensible distributed systems

Ability to drive multiple projects and deliver them on time with high quality

Passion for building a strong Engineering culture, operational excellence & innovation

An engineering degree from a reputed institution

Setting up best practices for development and championing their adoption
