Job Description :

Key Business Capabilities Required Service Desk Incident Management Citrix Application Support Team Player Problem Solving 3+ years of IT Operations/Helpdesk/Service Desk/NOC Citrix CVAD infra environment knowledge is must. Experience in supporting IT desktop infrastructure in an enterprise environment. Experience with Windows 7, Windows 10 Operating Systems. Active Directory administration Office 365 administration is must. Experience on Printer and cloud printing is must. Experince is remote troubleshooting via Screen sharing is must. Citrix Direcotr, SolarWinds, LWL or other monitoring system experience. Good problem solving and analytical skills Interaction and through email, chat remote support, depending on aligned Project job nature Technologist to identify, investigate and diagnose the issue and take necessary action viz resolve or assign the incident to right assignment group Excellent verbal and written communication skills with email etiquette and customer service skills 24x7 Support, mostly night shifts and rotation are ONLY as per project requirement 5 days working per week with two weekly offs based on roster
