Title – Technical Trainer (Faculty)

Experience - 3 Yrs to 5 Yrs

Industry - Online Education, Training & IT-Software -Development and Services

Education – BE, BTECH, ME, MTECH, MCA

Job Summary- Looking for Professionals software Trainer to deliver Embedded System Development to budding engineers.. Deliver workshop/training must have training experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

Ø Strong Training experience highly preferred in Arm, Automotive,

Ø Hands on programming with C, C++,Verilog, Linux operating systems, Shell scripting, ARM, MATLAB, Embedded system software etc.

Ø Expertise in handling multiple inhouse and corporate trainings with proven track record and quality delivery.

Ø Experienced in course content development based on the training requirements.

Ø Course material development

Ø Experience in developing Hands-on projects and hand-holding large groups of students in the same.

Ø Experienced in all phases of product life cycle including requirements, design, coding

Ø Managing all aspects of the training cycle i.e. Training need analysis, course development, implementation and delivery, monitoring and evaluation.

Ø Ensuring quality delivery to students

Ø Establish expectations with project members and provide timely feedback

Ø Manage the work of developer resources, mentoring and coaching as needed

Ø Provide programming direction to a team of trainers

Desired Candidate Profile:

Ø The candidate should be a Graduate in any field.

Ø Excellent communication skills written and verbal and negotiation skills

Ø Knowledge of functioning of academic institutions and placement process

Ø The candidate should have good interpersonal skills and networking in the market.

Ø Minimum 3 years of Technical Training/Teaching experience preferred

Ø Multi-tier architecture knowledge

Ø Excellent self-management skills (task lists, status reports, prioritisation)

Ø Commitment to quality and timely deliverable
