Responsibilities

. Support application forms, reports, and layout set as per customer requirements

. Design and manage customers intranets

. Implement, support, and manage secured applications

. Attend, troubleshoot, and resolve assigned help desk calls and log associated activities in the help desk system

. Implement preset operational standards and procedures

. Maintain documentation for hardware/software development and configuration, and system manuals

. Develop detailed user training manuals, build up a knowledge-base for the section

. Relevant experience in support process

. Resource should be willing to work under shifts

. Knowledge on SQL queries

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

. BE/B Tech/ MCA/BCA

. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

. Preference to have knowledge in .Net and knowledge of F&A

. Preference to have Data capture (OCR/ICR/OMR) experience

. Must have ability to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic work environment

. Problem solving skills to assess design alternatives and perform tradeoffs to determine designs or functionality that best meet customer needs

. Shift

. Flexible to rotational shifts- as the candidate may have to work with global teams across different time zones.
