In this role, you will be responsible for crafting clean, functional code that flawlessly suits the needs of the company. Your main focus will be coding and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests. To support Engineer using Agile Methodology and should have an end-to-end understanding of business use cases, to transform them into an effective and strategic solution. Work with business people to have a real time problem and, craft the solution which really fits into client needs.

Responsibilities

Seek requirements, design, and development of various projects.

Self-driven, good communication and average project mgmt. skills

Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to gather.

Document requirements for Clarity enhancements.

Configure and optimize Clarity modules, workflows, and reports to streamline project management processes.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

BE/ B Tech/ MCA

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (Master%27s preferred).

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Broadcom&rsquos clarity software development experience.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project management requirements and design solutions using Broadcom Clarity.

Develop and customize Clarity applications to enhance functionality and meet business needs.

Configure and optimize Clarity modules, workflows, and reports to streamline project management processes.

Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to gather and document requirements for Clarity enhancements.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Clarity-related issues.
