Inviting applications for the role of Manager-Full Stack Developer

In this role, the Infrastructure Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Lead is responsible for leading a team of SREs in the implementation, and operation of the company%27s infrastructure. The SRE Lead will work closely with other Automation/Build engineering / Change Management teams to ensure that the company%27s infrastructure is reliable, scalable, and secure. The SRE Lead will also be responsible for implementing and supporting new SRE practices and tools.

Responsibilities

. Design, develop, and deploy robust and secure applications on the AWS platform, utilizing services like EC2, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS, and API Gateway.

. Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools like CloudFormation and Terraform.

. Implement continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for efficient and reliable deployment.

. Monitor and troubleshoot applications and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and uptime

. Collaborate with other developers and engineers to identify and implement innovative solutions for cloud-based challenges.

. Stay up to date on the latest AWS technologies and best practices

. Document code and design decisions for future reference and knowledge sharing

. Work with Automation/DevOps, Change Management and ensure all the Automations / Configuration items are moved with Steady State for BAU operations

. Governance with team to ensure all incidents on the post build/implemented automations are effectively addressed/ remediated as per the agreed SLAs

. Identify opportunities to continuously streamline and Develop automations to minimize incidents

. Lead a team of SREs in the implementation, and operation of the IT infrastructure

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

. Bachelor&rsquos degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

. Relevant years of experience developing and deploying applications on the AWS platform

. Strong understanding of AWS services and best practices, including EC2, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS, and API Gateway.

. Experience with scripting languages like Python, NodeJS, ReactJS, Bash, or PowerShell.

. Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, AWS pipelines.

. Experience with infrastructure as code tools like CloudFormation or Terraform.

. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

. Experience with serverless architectures and technologies.

. Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

. Experience with security best practices for cloud environments.
