We seek for someone who will work as a Finance and Accounting Subject Matter Authority with rich experience.
Responsibilities
. Analyse Spend Data of Clients and Generate Data from ERPs / BI systems. Slice & Dice Data to provide different views of Spend segmented by BU / Category / Region / Plant / Sub-Category
. Classification and Categorization of Supplier Data and Analyse Market and Category Trends
. Support Global Sourcing teams in identification of projects / opportunities for savings
. end-to-end Sourcing events in E-Sourcing platforms and Management of eRFx events for Key Client Stakeholders and Category Managers
. Handle and Lead Procurement approval of updates to existing catalogues according to agreed processes and procedures, raising/coordinating with the Category Manager by exception
. Preparing contract reports at various duration of the month, Maintain helpdesk scripts and standard operating procedures according to the latest catalogue management and enablement
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
. B.Com graduate
. Meaningful Experience in relevant skill
Preferred qualifications
. Excellent interpersonal skills
. Excellent Knowledge of MS Office Applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint
. Exposure to E-Sourcing tools like Ariba / SAP / I-Source
. Should have exposure to ERP platforms, preferably people soft
. Proven experience in P2P, Sourcing & Spend Analytics
