Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, RTR

In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to registering of lien to secure an asset and thereafter ensuring adequate reporting. In filings, you would be required to register a lien with county & state basis the type of product & value (guidelines set up by client). This can be done through physical filings, e-filings wherever possible & API filings. It would involve original filings, extensions, refiling, terminations, etc.

Responsibilities

. Checking the necessary details from SOS websites to download recording # & Date.

. Performing quality audit on processed transactions/activities & business reporting.

. Ability to manage large volumes.

. Update daily tracker with correct information of filings.

. Complete the allocation work within time frame given.

. Update the check list daily.

. Documentation of current / future state processes.

. Complete the Filings allocation.

. 100% Accuracy with individual ownership.

. Managing Daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly and annual volume.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

. Commerce Graduate / BBA / MBA

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

. Minimum years of work experience in operations.

. Strong Excel skills

. Good communication skills & highly proactive in approach

. Ability to manage & prioritize deliverables.

. Prior work experience in MS office

. Ability to be learn and apply new processes and tools.
