Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, Payroll - Time Keeping

In this role, one needs to have good understanding of Payroll.

Responsibilities

.Responsible for auditing the department timecards and sign-off on the department. For each biweekly pay cycle Non-exempt employees

.Management of team, who also manages vendor for projects

.Employee implements all third party or VMS customers, including a withholding review of non-standard tools supervises upload team in Mexico who manages U.S and EMEA VMS uploads

.Responsible for processing of all timecards, uploads (U.S, Puerto Rico, Canada and EMEA) and errors associated with customers using standard and nonstandard third party tools.If errors occur, uploads are done daily until corrected.Liaison with customers and operations to fix.

.Responsible for pro-active wage hour audits
