Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant-Business Analyst-Process Management-CPMO

A techno-functional Process cum Data Analyst with Domain expertise in Finance Functions,proficiency in Six Sigma methodologies & Cloud Oracle /SFDC functions to Lead Automation & Analytics Projects.

Responsibilities

1.Support Project execution throughout its cycle. Responsible for Project planning, developing Project plan/ Charter outlining all deliverables, milestones and timelines for each, stakeholder communication plans, RACI, RAID logs etc.

2.Strong influencing and negotiation skills to deal multi-level stakeholders.

3.Independent working capabilities as well as teamwork collaboration both internal and external.

4.Managing and appropriately escalating delivery issues, risks and mitigation plans.

5.Provide Support, leadership, direction, training to the team members and assign responsibilities.

6.Interact with Client/other teams to understand requirements, manage expectations and identify solutions.

7.Prepare reports and presentations on projects status and finding for internal and external teams.

8.Conduct data analysis, validation and mining process.

9.Conduct Root causes analysis and develop and update relevant documents.

10.Partner with business to define functional needs, including data, and translate into requirements and prioritized use cases

11.Process definition and implementation covering transformation lifecycle from AS IS to TO Be and conducting gap analysis to identify bottlenecks.

12.Conduct review/ feedback covering proves, metrics, workflows with Business.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

. Bachelor&rsquos or equivalent degree in Accounting/Finance.

.Understanding of Finance Processes. Knowledge of Account Payables Process (Credit Memo/Disputes) is appreciated.

.Experience in Process Optimization and transformation projects - Data Analytics with an understanding of the basic concepts

.Understanding of Process Improvement techniques - DMAIC/Lean Six Sigma frameworks

.Oracle/SFDC functionalities know-how desired

.Ability to understand and assimilate new ideas and manage change

.Excellent analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills

.Excellent Communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

.The ability to engage and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders across a number of financial and non-financial disciplines and various levels

.Strong administrative, analytic, presentation preparation and organizational skills

.Team player, flexible, and ability to lead & resolve conflicts.
