Sales Executive

* Communicating with the target audiences and Coordinating with the customers and

maintaining relationships with them

* Coordinating and generating business with the customers through Emails, Calls, etc, all

online sources and marketing tools

* Domestic and International marketing experience in Packaging industry.

* Managing to prepare designs as per the requirement of the customers while in

coordination with the design department and directly with the clients

* Coordination with clients and design department till the design gets finalised

* Coordination with production team in terms of production and quality issues, if any

* Coordination with clients and factory dispatch department for dispatch of products to final

destination

*Follow up daily with the Jr. Marketing personnel relating to the generation of the business

by them

* To do the entry in ERP for company input, product input and sales order input .

* Follow up of Payment from the customers as per terms and conditions

* Maintaining and updating customer databases

* Responsible for creating and delivering marketing ideas and activities to the management

* Organising sales visits at the regular interval of time of the existing customers and new

prospective clients and submit travel report after returning from tour to reporting manager

* Maintaining all files, documents, online folders as per system designed by the

management

* Prepare & provide MIS reports as per the requirement of the management

* Handle and complete any back end related work

*Achieving the targets and goals set for the area

*Developing sales strategies and setting targets
