Customer Support Executive

Job Description

Minimum experience of 2 years and knowledge on Stocks markets, FNO (Future and Option), merging trading, Intraday.

MBA graduates preferred or bachelor's degree in any finance related field.

Excellent communication skills. Should be able to speak fluent English, Hindi and south Indian language(s). Must be able to clearly communicate the message to customers and handle the call professionally.

4.Should be open to take calls, chats and emails

Basic understanding of mutual funds, stock market and company platform.

Exposure to tools like Freshdesk, Fresh sales, MS Office is a plus.
