Marvel infocomm looking for Tele sales Representative to contribute to generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting tender services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.

Tele Sales Executive Job Responsibilities

Deeply learn details about our tender service & also price list.

• Set your call targets , follow-up’s & meeting targets

• Understanding customer profile & products.

• Generate between 15-20 prospect sales leads par day.

• Maintain your leads and appointments in CRM properly.

• Stay with your work habits ( Like- First call, second email service proposal , ask foe meeting time(if required )update follow-up’s in CRM.)

• To provide sample tenders to customers according to his requirements.

• Bulk email or Whst’sapp

• Update your daily report to your team leader.

• Update closing deals data in CRM.

Tele caller Representative Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills.

• Creative thinking skills.

• The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.

• Good sales/calling ability.

• The ability to handle rejection.

• Ability to work under sales target’s & deadlines.

Qualification And Skills:

• Any qualification with 1-2 Years’ tendering experience in calling/sales process.( Fresher’s also welcome )

• Experience of searching customer in variable sites, understanding of CRM system and practical knowledge of calling techniques

• Service rates negotiation skills

Attitude:

• Must have result oriented attitude and performance orientation

• Working independently with minimal supervision

• Energetic, enthusiastic, and positive attitude

Position Details:

Remuneration: INR 1.00 to 2.50 Lacs PA Location CG Road Ahmedabad.
