Job Description
Initiate and implement best and effective practices in administrative functions
Implementation and execution of Procurement Portal adherence to Procurement policy of the company
Market Intelligence of products & services, vendor research with reference to order requisition
Collection of sample goods and products as per the requirement of the company
Coordinate with departments for timely order planning, requisition and order placement
Monitoring Supplier's performance and rate negotiation
Compose and maintain contractor and vendor listings, including sources of supply for goods and services, handle contract disputes and resolutions
Proper tracking and renewal of the vendor's contract
Timely invoice forwarding and payment of the vendors along with memo in coordination with inter departments
Compare costs and evaluate the quality and suitability of supplies, materials, and equipment
Coordinate procurement activities and processing necessary to maintain warehouse supplies, equipment, and required services for efficient operation
Recording, ordering and stock keeping of Warehouse consumables
Dispatching of supplies to all Daraz location
Requirements
Bachelor/Master's Degree in Management/ ACCA/ Engineering
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in relevant field
Preference will be given to the candidates with experience in Administrative and Procurement
Problem solving skills and analytical skills
Must be a team player with decision-making ability
Strong communication and technical skills
2 wheelers driving license is mandatory
