Hub Manager

Job Description

Manage the daily operations of the hub

Oversee and manage the delivery staff

Implement and maintain standard operating procedures in hub facilities

Manage and support hub recruiting efforts, delivery staff administration

Maintain control of the COD process and oversee delivery staff compliance and accurate reconciliation of cash

Lead the troubleshooting efforts from hub, solve problems as they occur and ensure service integrity

Requirements

Minimum Bachelors degree required

Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in related field

Technical and analytical skills

Should be a team player and initiative with good decision making/Judgement

Should have good communication skills
