Jr. Performance Manager

Job Description

Strategically lead and develop a team to enhance performance by setting clear accountable performance measures for 3PL/LMP partners and team.

Implement processes and controls to ensure delivery service exceeds customer expectations.

Monitor customer satisfaction, address field issues, and manage performance to defined metrics.

Drive improvement in last mile operations with appropriate projects.

Oversee reporting on key metrics such as cost per package, lead time, delivery success rate percentages. Continually assess current service performance levels and trends and take timely action to remove performance barriers.

Identify the operational loopholes and correction method for service improvement.

Evaluate performance of partners and publish insights on daily, weekly, monthly level along with planning for improvements accordingly.

Enable Operations team by identifying improvement opportunities through Data analysis.

Ensure allocation of packages amongst partners while keeping partner performance & strategic perspective into consideration in alignment with operations

Support Data operation and extraction using different data tools to compile, clean and analyze data to support transport team

Co-ordinate with Sort, Warehouse, First Mile and Cross border team to get the required data for handover and reporting

Work closely with logistics partner to share handover data and packages on daily basis and to ensure the details shared are precise

Communicate with CS and Logistics partner over a given system to check status of the pending packages and update to respective team

Compile and prepare daily packages assigned report and backlog report for the packages assigned to logistics partner

Other Specification

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 2-3 years’

Proactive and able to work both independently and within a team

Proven negotiation skills, influencing abilities, and strong numerical and analytical ability

Should also have good decision making and Judgemental skills

Ability to anticipate and identify problems and use sound judgment and fact-based analysis to develop effective and efficient solutions

Demonstrated ability to excel in fast-paced, changing, and ambiguous environments and work under high pressure

Working knowledge in Excel and MS Office package

Should have SQL skills

Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
