KOL Acquisition & Account Associate

Job Description

Responsible for acquisition of targeted KOL(Influencers)

Develop constructive and performance driven relationship with KOL under portfolio in order to nurture them and increase quantity, quality and performance of Live Stream and associated sales

Provide qualitative and quantitative feedback from the streams and optimizing stream & content quality via feedback and insights

Work closely with middle office team to build strong content and format calendar while optimizing performance of their KA and ensure big pushes during the campaigns

Work closely with the middle office team to negotiate engagement activities and mechanics to drive more sales during the Live Stream

Develop strong Live Stream expertise across your industry to guide your KA on content and formats to use

Requirements

Bachelors in from any reputed institute

Minimum 1 years of work experience required in related industry

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Strong accountability and ownership values
