Implementation of Procurement Portal & Procurement policy

Collection of the Quotations

Collection of the samples of goods and items.

Way Bill Recording

Market Intelligence

Budget Vs Actual price comparison

Negotiation with suppliers

Documentation as per Procurement Policy

Invoice forward to Admin/Finance with proper Bill Memo

Payment Coordination with Vendor and Finance Team

Support to Admin Team for Assets Control / Tagging

Requirements

A bachelors Degree in related field

A minimum of 1 years' experience in procurement

Excellent communication skills to co-ordinate and communicate

Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy

Must be able to work efficiently with team
