Senior Associate- Cross Border

Job Description

Work closely with the commercial teams on different projects to uplift the channel share by analyzing an array of data points and finding the bottlenecks & its solution.

Analyses current trends and data to help the team with Assortment plan, Channel growth and new initiative.

Manage the campaigns and the execution of the same by closely working with Commercial teams, DMall, Traffic Ops and Marketing teams.

Managing day to day operations in coordination with the regional & local cross border team and adopt the best practices to enhance the channel growth

?Handle and coordinate with regional team for onboarding Cross- Border sellers and manage the seller performance.

Requirements

Masters/ Bachelor’s Degree in business management or any other relevant qualification

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a management-oriented field

Proficiency in the use of MS Office tools (specifically in Excel & PowerPoint)

Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Highly motivated and able to demonstrate strong business development skills

Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently
