Job Description
Enhance all our stakeholders’ experience by greeting visitors, delivering exceptional service assistance, answering calls, addressing visitors’ questions, needs and providing a welcoming environment.
Role, Duties and Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful, and cheerful attitude.
Direct visitors to the appropriate office or concerned person.
Answer and forward incoming calls as and when required.
Provide required information to the visitors, callers, and other stakeholders.
Perform other related duties such as filing, photocopying, and as required.
Other duties as assigned by the Student Service Cum HR Officer and the Operation Manager.
