Job Description
Provide Level 1 to level 3 support.
Configure and troubleshoot on different OEM’s devices.
Configure and troubleshoot various servers, storages (SAN/NAS) and SAN network.
Troubleshooting hardware related issues on Servers and Storages.
Able to work on virtualization and cloud technologies.
Project management skills
Other Specification
Bachelor’s degree (BE, B. Sc.IT, BIT, BCA, BIM, BCIS or relevant or equivalent or higher)
MCSE/RHCE trained or certified
CCNA training, certification will be advantage
Having experience of more than 2 years in similar field
Quick Learner and nice team player
Good interpersonal skills
Monitoring and troubleshooting for system infrastructure availability and reliability.
Configuration, Installation and troubleshooting system related products.
Plan, design and propose the deployment plans and procedure according to client’s requirement.
