Bakery Chef

Job Description

A Creative Bakery Chef is required with an all round bakery skill set and knowledge

Should be an expert in baking all bakery products including breads, bun, biscuits, cookies, pastries and etc

Ensure that all bakery products meet the established specifications and standards

Ensure proper levels of bakery and pastry items are prepared based on forecasted needs

Responsible for complete setup, cleanliness and organization of pastry department

Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen space

Skills to manage a team

Computer literate will be preferred

Requirement:

Diploma/Certification in Bakery Management

9 to 10 years of experience in premium bakery/Hotel setup
