Responsibilities
- To prepare complete plumbing network drawing of assigned area.
- Ensure optimization of water dispensing system.
- To ensure efficient use of waste water treatment plant.
- To prepare complete networking drawing of natural gas system in area.
- To ensure optimization of gas system and improve its efficiency.
- Prepare HVAC maintenance and upkeep routines.
- Ensure reduced downtime in air conditioning systems available in area.
- To ensure efficiency and motivation of HVAC and plumbing team.
- To ensure training needs of team.
- Carry out upkeep projects in subject domain.
