Business Development Executive

Job Description

The ideal candidate should have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. The candidate must be confident with building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should demonstrate evidence of strong interpersonal skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with prospective clients

Maintain consistent contact with existing clients

Manage sales pipeline

Must have a hands-down approach towards building LinkedIn connections and tools like UpWork for Lead Generation

Analyze market and establish competitive advantages

Track metrics to ensure targets are hit

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

6 months to 1 year of proven work experience in Software Sales Industry

Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing

Demonstrated sales success preferably in B2B industry in UAE.

Strong negotiation skills

Strong communication and presentation skills

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience is preferred.
