Client Service Agent

Responsibilities

Abacus are searching for a professional Client Service Representative/Agent for clients in Lahore.

The role will provide outstanding service to customers by answering questions, handling complaints and handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls

  • Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Manage customer inquiries
  • Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information as required by clients
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way

Requirments:

  • Fluency in English languages may be desired.
  • Strong time management and decision making skills.
  • Adaptability and accountability.
