Responsibilities

•Follow client instruction regarding quality, which includes maintaining AHT,ABU.

•Follow company policies, procedures, norms and values.

•On behalf of  client, take customer calls as per given instructions and standards.

•Position holder is responsible for attending huddles, before shift timings
