MIS Officer
Formulate and communicate break plan to all agents/CRO (contractual staff).
Formulate and communicate sitting plan to all agents/CRO (contractual staff).
Assist AM MIS in formulating and developing performance reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Maintain leave calendars, and assist AM MIS in daily scheduling accordingly.
Maintain attendance and adherence records on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Coordinate with HR officer in maintaining head count report with respect to new hiring, terminations and resignation.
Shift Timings: Morning
Salary Bracket: 35,000-40,000
