Key Responsibilities:

Partnering with hiring managers to determine current and future staffing needs and job requirements.

Utilizing a variety of sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including headhunting.

Evaluating applicants for suitability against position requirements through thorough screening and reference checking.

Presenting a carefully curated slate of top candidates to the hiring manager for further consideration.

Maintaining up-to-date records of all applicants and keeping them informed throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements and Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in technical recruitment.

Exceptional communication skills.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration.

A strong understanding of technology and technical skills.
