Responsibilities
- Experience in Installing, configuring and deployment of Asterisk, Asterisk based applications like GoAutoDial, Vicidial, vicibox, FreePBX.
- 1-year experience in related applications. Fresh candidates can also apply.
- Experience troubleshooting in Vicidial and Asterisk is needed.
- Candidate must have knowledge of IVRS, Call menus, Inbound groups and queues.
- Must have good troubleshooting skills with basic networking issues.
- VoIP experience would be preferred.
