VOIP Engineer
Experience in Installing, configuring and deployment of Asterisk, Asterisk based applications like GoAutoDial, Vicidial, vicibox, FreePBX.
Must have 1-year experience in related applications.
Experience troubleshooting in Vicidial and Asterisk is needed.
Candidate must have knowledge of IVRS, Call menus, inbound groups and queues.
Must have good troubleshooting skills with basic networking issues.
The applicant must be prepared to work outside of core hours to address emergency activity if required.
VoIP experience would be preferred.
