Customer Support Executive - Inbound

Currently, we are looking for multiple Customer Support representatives in our newly opened Rawalpindi location. We are looking for the following skill set:

Customer Support Representatives (3 Positions):

• Proficient in English speaking and writing

• Must have good skills to handle customer support through calls, live chat, and emails.

• Must be willing to get knowledge about client products in order to handle customer complains.

• Experienced in MS Excel and Google Sheets is a plus

• Must be able to work in Evening shift (6 pm – 2 am)

Full training will be provided. Only a shortlisted candidate will get a call for interview.
