Job Description
We looking for young and ambitious Customer Services Executive
Providing outstanding customer service to all the customers in a professional manner, handling a high volume of inbound calls, reaching out to customers regarding etc.
Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills
Proficiency in basic PC applications and MS word, excel, and outlook
Ability to perform basic math skills
Problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to details
Sound decision-making skills
Work well in a team environment
Candidate should have good English communication skills.
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
Job Shift: 6 pm to 2 am (Evening)
Experience Level: 1 - 2 years
