Job Details:
The calls will be to & from the US and the candidate should be able to understand US accents.
Have a clear understanding of the services offered by the company along with policies and procedures. (Training will be provided)
Answer and calling in a professional manner to provide information about our services, take/ cancel bookings, or obtain details.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process bookings, forms and applications.
Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.
Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
Calling Leads
Solving customer problems
Coordinating with operations team

Proficient with MS Office particularly MS Excel (Spreadsheet)
Possess Knowledge of International Call Centre Operations
