Job Description

• Inbound calls to promote and sell the service.

• Consolidate existing customer base while building new customer base

• Ensure customer follow-up all the time

• Handle customer needs and requirements

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve

Job Specification

• Individual having the Ability to read, writes, and speaks English fluently with good American or Neutral accent “ONLY”.

• Proficient with MS Office particularly MS Excel (Spreadsheet)

• Possess Knowledge of Call Center Operations

• Must be flexible to work in shifts

• Excellent communication skills

• O/A-Level / Intermediate and above
