Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Support/Sales Officerto contribute to generating sales & support for our company.

An effective candidate must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.

The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

Responsibilities:

Answer questions about our company services

Ask questions to understand customer requirements

Enter and update customer information in the database

Take and process orders in an accurate manner

Excellent writing, editing and communication skills in English.

Shift timings: 6 pm to 2 am (Evening)

7 pm to 3 am (Evening)
