We Are Looking For Fresh And Experienced Male / Female`Tele-Sales Representatives.`The Sales and Support is a department that works internationally on Outbound Sales & Support calls.You will be responsible for providing quality sales and customer support services through outbound calls, on the basis of provided guidelines.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1- Manage large number ofoutbound calls in a timely and efficient manner.

2- Follow communication scripts when handling different customer concerns.

3- Obtain client information by making telephone calls, interviewing clients and verifying information.

4- Keep record of all conversations in the call center database in a comprehensible way.

•WorkingTiming:

* 6:00pm to 3:00 a.m

* 7:00 pm to 4:00 a.m

* 8:00 pm to 5:00 a.m

* 9:00 pm to 6:00 a.m
