Officer Claims

Responsibilities

  • Manage vendor payments and related issues
  • Collect accurate information and documents to proceed with a claim.
  • Guide policyholders on how to proceed with the claim.
  • Prepare formal letters for clients
  • Explain policyholders the reasons for claims not being covered
  • Handle any complaints associated with a claim.
  • Negotiate settlements with claimants.
  • Review claim submissions and verifying the information.
  • Maintain quality customer service by following customer services practices and respond to customer inquiries.
