Officer Claims
Responsibilities
- Manage vendor payments and related issues
- Collect accurate information and documents to proceed with a claim.
- Guide policyholders on how to proceed with the claim.
- Prepare formal letters for clients
- Explain policyholders the reasons for claims not being covered
- Handle any complaints associated with a claim.
- Negotiate settlements with claimants.
- Review claim submissions and verifying the information.
- Maintain quality customer service by following customer services practices and respond to customer inquiries.
