Responsibilities
- Preparing monthly Expense Sheet of Agency Distribution.
- Prepare Cost Breakup of all expense heads.
- Prepare Expense Report Region wise/ ASDs/ Comparison reports
- Keeping the senior manager updated regarding major cost heads and forwarding his queries to finance for discussion
- Forwarding region wise cost reports to the respective setup heads and keeping them updated about their region expense status.
- Maintaining daily/monthly databases of petty cash and other expenses/ accounts payable data
- Creating manual ROPS of Utilities/ Vendor payments
- Uploading of utilities and payments on system, getting them approved by the concerned manager
- Forwarding all payments related to vendors & utilities to finance on timely basis for timely transfer of payments
- Keeping continuous coordination with finance department and BOs for ensuring timely transfer and receiving of payments
