Business Analyst

1. Minimum bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline.
2. 3-4 years of relevant experience. 
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong analytical skills to analyze business requirements from multiple perspectives.
5. Knowledge about project management methodologies especially agile practices.
6. Experience in data science and machine learning projects is a plus.
7. Relevant training and certifications preferred
8. Sound knowledge of service now
9. Proven experience in writing user stories
10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

1. Engage actively with clients to elicit and analyze business requirements.
2. Transform business requirements into data-driven and Al-powered use cases. 
3. Engage with technical leads and subject matter experts to devise data architectures. 
4. Work with data engineers to align data architectures with business requirements.
5. Work with data scientists to implement Al-powered use cases. 
6. Facilitate scrum ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-up, review, and retrospective. 
7. Provide status updates to clients and business stakeholders at frequent intervals.
