Assistant Manager ( Electrical Department)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain different kind of instruments like flow meters, level switches, Proximity Sensors, Linear Sensors ets

• Maintain PLC of Siemens S 700 and 200, ABB AC 800 and Allen Bradley Control logix and fault rectification of same.

• Maintain ACS800 OF ABB, Reliance Inverters.

• Trouble Shooting Through Control builders M Professional on HMI

• Coordinate with production and mechanical maintenance

• Rectifying all Control and Power related issues to decrease down time of the line

• Maintaining Spares of assigned Sections

• Making necessary changes and by-pass systems if and when required

• Providing continuous support to production team to remove the operation faults and to monitor any abnormalities in the system ( DCS )

• Maintain fault events records through IBA

Skills:

• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical (high and low voltage), pool operations, and conservation programs.

• Certifications in at least one of the aforementioned areas required.

• Ability to lead by example; excellent communication skills – both written and verbal; strong organisational and planning skills
