Admin Officer

Responsibilities

  • Liaison with government departments (Local/Federal)
  • Manage and Administer entire admin team for daily/weekly/monthly duty/ies
  • Strict implementation of security plan and dealing with security agency its deputed guards
  • Repair and Maintenance of premises/offices as per schedule or need basis management
  • Compliance with occupational HSE rules and its implementation
  • Develop and maintain PR with Housekeeping and other suppliers/vendors
  • Manage housekeeping staff duties and ensure proper implementation on housekeeping schedule
  • Routine bills verification before payment
  • Any other duty assigned by the management
