Admin Officer
Responsibilities
- Liaison with government departments (Local/Federal)
- Manage and Administer entire admin team for daily/weekly/monthly duty/ies
- Strict implementation of security plan and dealing with security agency its deputed guards
- Repair and Maintenance of premises/offices as per schedule or need basis management
- Compliance with occupational HSE rules and its implementation
- Develop and maintain PR with Housekeeping and other suppliers/vendors
- Manage housekeeping staff duties and ensure proper implementation on housekeeping schedule
- Routine bills verification before payment
- Any other duty assigned by the management
