Trainee Production Engineers - (Polymer/Chemical)

Job Description

Ensure timely execution of manufacturing plan to meet delivery deadlines with minimum wastages as per standards

Ensure product conform requirements set out in the manufacturing and quality standards

Prepare and update daily production reports and monthly presentation

Review and update machining backlogs and checklists on daily basis

Troubleshoot issues being encountered and keep all machines operational by coordinating with maintenance team

Daily meeting with shift supervisors/operators to discuss running issues (i.e. delays/machine maintenance/etc.)

Ensure workers properly wearing uniforms, safety shoes and taking safety measures while handling machines

Implement succession planning program to produce future supervisors and operators
