Candidate Experience

Candidate should have atleast 5 years of experience in the relevant field.

Job Post Description

  • Provides supplies by identifying needs for reception, switchboard; establishing policies, procedures, and work schedules.
  • Provides communication systems by identifying needs; evaluating options; maintaining equipment; approving invoices.
  • Purchases printed materials and forms by obtaining requirements; negotiating price, quality, and delivery; approving invoices.
  • Responsible for Preventive and break down maintenance of infrastructure, facilities and equipment.
  • Completes special projects by organising and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results.
  • Maintains continuity among corporate, division, and local work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Keeping record of official service/maintenance agreements.
  • Keeping record & issue of new and old equipment.
  • Preparation of annual and monthly budget for administration.
  • Staff Scheduling and assigning duties.
  • Supervise Guards, Office Boys, Admin Assistants to meet operational and security needs.
