Responsibilities:
-
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
- Provide support to the company travel desk for arranging employee travel
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Front desk visitor management and coordination with the employees for connecting the visitors to employees.
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Interact with the security & janitorial staff to ensure general office order is maintained.
