HVAC / Air Conditioning Technician
Responsibilities
- Responsible to wear washed and pressed proper uniform in duty hour.
- Responsible to reach at customer address timely as per given timeframe by operational supervisor.
- Responsible for initial inspection of premises for identification of customer required Plumbing work and inform to operational supervisor before starting the work.
- Responsible to resolve all the queries of customers related to HVAC System by using proper PPEs.

- Responsible to resolve the queries of customer related to AC, Refrigerator and Dispenser Systems.
- Responsible for installation of air conditioners in houses and commercial buildings by following standard installation protocols.
- Responsible for repair & maintenance of Air Conditioners systems, refrigerator and dispenser.
- Responsible to diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for AC, Refrigerator and Dispenser systems.
- Responsible to perform maintenance activities such as cleaning AC and filters Gas refilling, compressor repairing on installed air conditioning systems etc.
- Responsible to educate customers for proper uses of AC, Refrigerator and Dispenser systems in order to minimize the issues.
- Responsible to purchase spare parts as per instructions of Operational Supervisor.
- Responsible to operate tools and equipment according to established safety procedures.
- Responsible to ensure that equipment is in safe operating condition.
- Responsible for the safety of mobile phone and also must be ensured the use of mobile application appropriately.
- Responsible to cooperate with customers in a professional/polite manner.
- Responsible to mark attendance in and out as per job timing.
- Responsible for the safety of Motor Bikes i.e., cleaning and repair & maintenance etc.
- Responsible to follow the Traffic Rules.
- Responsible to work a team player.
- Responsible to adhere all SOPs and Policies of Company.
- Any other task assigned by Operational Supervisor
