IT Manager

We are looking for an IT Manager who will be responsible for planning and execution of online web portal / software management system.

He will also be responsible to ensure the operations of deployed hardware/bar coding system at all the sites. 

He will be responsible to arrange such IT solutions/ Programs which may be required for smooth functioning and operations of project. 

Role & Responsibilities:  

• To manage, supervise and implement online monitoring management system at all the sites. 
• Responsible to monitor the installation of hardware across identified sites.
• To carry out assessments and cost benefit analysis in terms of value for money and security while deploying any IT solution.
• To ensure the HWM software implementation and its uptime round the clock 24/7 at all the deployment sites. 
• Supervise the time to time modification /customization of software. 
• Responsible to define and implement the SOPs and protocols for safety and security of data and servers. 
• Responsible to mapping of process flows of systems.
• Responsible for system implementation of record, inventory of supplies and equipment. 
• Responsible to implementation of any suitable software to address all the operation of project i.e. human resource, finance, inventory etc. 
• To helps and coordinates with team members in removing the bottle necks and hindrances in project implementation or network connectivity if and when needed.
• To manage all kind of hard ware’s and software’s installed in the office and field.  
• Performing routine audits of systems and software.
• Troubleshoot issues related to software connectivity.
• Responsible to troubleshoot all software & hardware which are being used currently in office. 
• Any other assignment given by the top management.
