kitchen Helper / Office Boy

We are looking for a Helper/Cleaner to join our team for smooth operation of our hostel/guest house Kitchen/Mess.

Responsibilities:

• Empty the trash, wash dishes, clean the floors, clean grills and stoves.
• Clean work areas, equipment, utensils and silverware.
• Assist to prepare a variety of foods, following approved procedures.
• Clean grease from kitchen hoods and exhaust fans.
• Used ice, water and cleaning solvent for cleaning kitchen equipment.
• Clean and sterilize all commercial kitchen equipment.
• Cleaned stoves, ovens and Kitchen hoods & other equipment.
• Prepared kitchen equipment for cleaning.
• Maintain clean kitchen by removal of trash, sweeping and moping of floors.
• Take out garbage clean stove tops wipe down walls sinks power wash floor matts sweep/mop floors.
• Sanitized kitchen surfaces, assist janitorial staff in routing cleaning procedures.
• Entrusted with running the commercial dishwasher, cleaning of kitchen surfaces and meal delivery.
• Maintained cleanliness of kitchen surfaces and racks
• Sweep, scrub, squeegee and mop kitchen floors in accordance to the company's sanitary standards.
• Steam and sanitize kitchen floors.
• Put all the crockery and dishes in cabinets accordingly.
• Maintain a healthy environment keeping restrooms and other areas disinfected and presentable
• Maintained a clean and safe environment to exacting corporate standards
• Practice safety Precaution handling chemicals to make safe environment.
