Responsibilities
Atrium Solutions is looking for female HR intern to assist in day-to-day HR operations. Some of the basic job descriptions are as follows:
1. Job posting on various online portals.
2. Maintaining record and pipeline of all job applicants for future reference.
3. Making calls to inform the selected candidates about their training.
4. Taking calls from potential candidates to answer relevant queries.
5. Keeping the HR manager up-to date with all business day activities.
The candidate must be:
1. Well versed in using various online and job-posting portals, i.e. (Facebook, Google Docs Sheet, Indeed, etc)
2. Well accustomed with business ethics and must maintain a polite and professional gesture at work.
3. Eager to learn and be responsible for the task assigned.
4. At least graduate or diploma holder preferably in HR as their major. Candidates from any other field are also encouraged to apply and will be evaluated on the day of interview. If you think you are a good fit for the job we would like to hear from you.
Job timing: 02:00 PM to 11:00 PM
This is an unpaid internship for duration of one month. Depending upon the performance and commitment towards work, the candidate stands a good chance of a full-time job as HR Assistant or any other relevant role within the organization. Company will also issue experience letter at the end of tenure.
Interview date: 24th Feb, 2021 (Wednesday) and 25th Feb, 2021 (Thursday)
Interview timing: 05:00 PM to 07:00 PM
Interested candidates are welcome to appear for the interview within the given timeframe.
