Senior Business Analyst - Software

Responsibilities include:

Help design solution within the product and technology frame works, based on the clients requirements.

Verify and understand requirements and coordinate with clients for appropriate input.

Review, develop and execute project plans to address user requirements.

Review solution design with product specialists and architects as well as clients.

Provide information to the Software Development team about the project and answer their questions to ensure implementation per the specifications.

Provide information to the Quality Assurance team about the project and answer their questions to ensure implementation per the specifications.

Review the end product to ensure that all of the requirements have been fulfilled.

Requirements:

The candidate has to have excellent verbal as well as written communication skills in English, other requirements include:

BS Degree from a reputable University.

Fast Learner with high bandwidth.

Understanding of Web Services and Web Technologies and SQL.

Excellent written and communication skills in English / Business acumen required.

Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and solve problems.

Ability to multi task and prioritize tasks/ projects.

Strong experience with MS Excel, MS Access and MS Word.

Knowledge of BPO and relevant overseas client interaction experience.

Minimum 4 years of professional experience is required.
