Brief Responsibilities:

1. To Direct & Control overall Administration department at Berger Plant and day to day operations.
2. Handling disciplinary & grievance issues of the Plant as per Law.
3. Coordinate with the government authorities (WAPDA, SNGPL,Labore Department etc)
4. Responsible for managing all security aspects and ensure safe environment.
5. Introduce a control system of respective premises and ensure that only authorized personnel shall have the access to critical areas of operations.
6. Ensure smooth & uninterrupted operation of the company providing required administrative & logistic service to all departments & employees at Plant.
7. Closely monitor and ensure proper security system throughout the Factory.
